RESIDENTIAL ASSISTED LIVING

The Rotary Ann Retirement Home is a living alternative for those individuals who may need assistance with their daily living activities or just want to enjoy life without the cooking and cleaning.

There are 29 Studio units and 6 two room Suites. The occupant furnishes each unit with their own belongings. The Studio units provide a spacious living space with large closet and private bathroom and shower. The two room Suites provide a spacious living rooms, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator and a spacious bedroom with a large bathroom with shower. There is ample closet and storage space. Phone and cable outlets are provided in both studio units and two room suites.

Services Included:

Nursing Staff on duty 24 hours a day with two hour monitoring checks, 3 meals a day with evening snack and assistance with special diets available. Housekeeping, bed linens and towels, scheduled activities, and laundry facilities are also available. Additional services such as medication management, morning or evening assistance, bathing assistance, laundry, and tray service when ill are available with additional fee on an as needed basis.

Taxi service is available through the City of Eagle Grove.
