NORTH HOME NURSING CARE

Rotary Ann Nursing Care is a 51 bed licensed intermediate/skilled care facility which provides assistance to those who are unable to adequately care for themselves on a short or long term basis, or simply may need rehabilitation so they may return home.

The Nursing Department is staffed by RN's, LPN's, and Certified Nursing Assistants, available 24 hours a day. Physical Therapy is staffed with certified aids who provide therapy as ordered by your physician. The Dietary Department provides a general or special diet as required by your physician. A consulting dietician ensures that a balanced diet is provided. Our Activities Program not only provides entertainment for our residents but also encourages individuals to become as independent as possible. Our Housekeeping and Maintenance Department keeps our facilities clean and in good condition.
