Each apartment is barrier free, one bedroom, one bathroom, with electric heat and space for a window air conditioner. Each unit has a refrigerator and stove provided. There is an onsite coin laundry facility, off street parking, and central garbage collection. Water is included.

SE 5th Street Apartments

These 16 apartments are located west of Rotary Ann Assisted Living. There are 7 two bedroom apartments with approximately 900 square feet. Four of these have attached garages. There are also 9 one bedroom apartments with approximately 600 square feet. Three of these have attached garages. There are five additional garage spaces available for rent.
